Pullr

Copyright Complaint Policy

Effective: June 21, 2026

Pullr respects intellectual property rights and reviews copyright complaints concerning content accessible through the service. This page describes Pullr's current complaint and reconsideration process. It does not state that Pullr has registered a designated agent or qualifies for any statutory safe harbor.

1. Filing a Copyright Complaint

Send complaints to [email protected]. Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list; the exact Pullr share URL, file path, source, or other information sufficient to locate the material; your name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner. If you are invoking a law that requires a statement under penalty of perjury, include that statement.

A complaint may be rejected or delayed if it is incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, or does not identify material available through Pullr. Knowingly false claims may create legal liability.

2. Review and Action

We may ask for additional information, disable or delete the material, block the underlying source, preserve relevant records, notify affected users, forward appropriate details to involved parties or providers, and apply account restrictions. Current enforcement records a first warning, a final warning after a second incident, and an account ban after a third incident, although we may act sooner for serious or repeated abuse.

3. Reconsideration Requests

If you believe action was taken because of a mistake, misidentification, license, exception, or other lawful basis, email [email protected]. Identify the removed material and its former location, explain the basis for reconsideration, include supporting evidence, provide your contact information, and sign the request. We may share the request with the complainant or relevant provider. We may reverse a block, strike, or account restriction when appropriate, but deleted files may need to be pulled again and restoration is not guaranteed.

4. Repeat Infringement Policy

Pullr records copyright incidents and may suspend or permanently ban repeat infringers. Reconsidered, withdrawn, duplicate, or demonstrably invalid complaints may be removed from the strike count. Attempts to evade blocks or bans may result in immediate termination.

5. Contact and Future DMCA Registration

Send copyright complaints and reconsideration requests to [email protected]. Pullr may later publish designated-agent details and update this policy if it registers for the U.S. DMCA process. Until then, do not treat this email address as a representation that a designated-agent registration exists.
