Plans and billing

Everyone gets every feature. You pay only for extra cloud space. 1 GB is free.

Plans

Telegram, WebDAV, the file browser, live progress, archive downloads, and share links are included on every plan. Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. Yearly pricing is not available yet.

Upgrade

1. Open the homepage cloud plan slider, or go to Settings → Subscription.
2. Choose a paid plan and check out with PayPal. You will be asked to log in first if you are not signed in.
3. After PayPal approves, you land on your pulls dashboard and can start pulling right away.

The navbar shows how much space you are using, for example 0.40 GB / 1 GB. Click it to open Subscription. Failed pulls do not count toward the quota. If you run out of space, new pulls are blocked until you upgrade or free space.

Change or cancel

In Settings → Subscription you can pick another plan and choose Change plan. Upgrades that need payment go through PayPal again.

To stop a paid plan, choose Cancel in settings. You keep the current plan until it expires at the end of the billing period. You can also cancel the subscription in PayPal.

Deleting your Pullr account does not cancel PayPal billing. Cancel the paid plan first, or cancel in PayPal. Fees already charged are not refundable except as required by law.
